Custom Deployments & Services

DearScenario Player Core is a free player for scenarios. This page explains what is included at no charge, which platforms are officially supported today, and when paid project work is available.

There are no fixed packages or per-screen fees here. Custom work is scoped per project. Rights and redistribution rules remain on the License page.

DearScenario Player Core

Free for commercial playback deployments. No per-device fee, no account, no license key, and no online activation. DearScenario Player does not send telemetry or make undisclosed connections to Diria Labs, and it can run fully offline on a private network.

Playback, masking, network control, status, and recovery features are not locked behind a paid tier. The free player is not a trial.

Supported platforms

Current official support covers:

• Windows 7, 10, and 11 (64-bit)
• Raspberry Pi 4B and Raspberry Pi 5 running 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS Lite or Desktop

Custom services

Optional paid work is available when a project needs engineering help, platform adaptation, player customization, or deployment assistance. Typical engagements include:

• Pre-built Raspberry Pi OS images for supported Pi models — flash the microSD card and boot, with no separate player installation required
• Control-system integration help and professional support for production installs
• Player customization for project-specific playback, control, overlay, diagnostics, and on-site workflows
• Non-standard platform adaptation, including non-standard Linux distributions, Linux development boards, and embedded ARM devices

Platform work begins with a feasibility review. Custom engineering and support are quoted with an agreed scope, delivery, and support boundary; we do not publish a fixed price list.

Boundary

Custom services are optional. Not buying them does not limit, lock, or disable the local DearScenario Player you already deploy on supported platforms.

DearScenario Player Core remains a free playback endpoint. Paid work is for adaptation, deployment help, integration, and support — not for unlocking ordinary playback features.
